Ana Roisman

Born and raised in São Paulo, I am an accountant passionate about finance. The challenges and the desire to make things happen are what move me! I like to solve problems and collaborate with everyone around me to find the best solutions. I'm curious, fond of learning, and very interested in the fintech segment. An important turning point for me was an experience in Israel - in which I had the opportunity to work in a VC fund and study startups and entrepreneurship. At Astella, I am responsible for the Operations area, structuring processes, and taking care of portfolio management. In my free time, I like to go to the sea and swim. Traveling is also a passion and, if I could, I would always be traveling the world! I love taking care of my kittens, drinking good wine, and watching true crime series.
