Since 2020 at Astella, I have worked most of that time in the backoffice areas. I went through fund operations and structuring, compliance, governance, and firm management – ​​which taught me a lot about maintaining a VC firm. I am currently part of the Investor Success team, working closely with our investors. We aim to make our LPs' journey unique, giving visibility into the day-to-day life of our home and investments – it's no surprise that I started writing about the subject on Astella Matrix.
